Scubadviser member, Weary Panda, dived with Pirates at the Pyramisa in beautiful Sahl Hasheesh in the first week of January. The clips here were taken in three dives, all on the local reef reached using a small boat.

I decided on this island in The Maldives after seeing it on a BBC Holiday program review, and it exceeded all expectations. I spent the most amazing 10 days there, wish it was longer!
The island itself is pretty large and they give you bicycles to cycle round the idyllic surroundings....

I spent a week's diving in Punta Cana with Dressel Divers. We stayed at the Iberostar Punta Cana (next door to the Iberostar Bavaro where Dressel Divers are based). So the dive school was only a 5 minute walk along the beach!

First, as the this title indicates, I must say that this was my first dive trip. I have snorkeled many pristine waters in the Caribbean and so I still feel I am qualified to report on this experience.
