Lithuania

The largest of the three Baltic states, Lithuania is a land of castles, lakes and forests . . . . . .
Overview:

Lithuania is a situated along the south-eastern shore of the Baltic Sea, sharing borders with Latvia to the north, Belarus to the southeast, Poland and the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad Oblast to the southwest. It is one of the Baltic States.

The main diving takes place in the lakes, such as the Trakai area lakes, Alausas lake, Luokesa lake, Luokesaitis lake.  There is diving in the Baltic Sea, but the diving conditions are difficult with poor visiblity, strong currents and obviously, low temperatures, but the upside is that there are lots of wrecks.
