I booked my course 3 months in advance. I received no phone calls leading up to the start of the course. There was no pre-course reading available. I called the dive centre x3 times and emailed them x2 times to attempt to confirm course as I had not heard from them. I even went to the shop to ask them in person what was going on but was met with ‘vacant expressions’ stating they weren't sure what was going on and i would need to speak to the manager. I called them again to ask if the course was on or off as I would need to make alternate plans. I was assured somebody would call me the weekend prior to the course start date. Nobody called me despite enrolling on the course 3 months ago. Unfortunately, this dive centre did not fill me with any confidence which is essential for anybody wanting to learn to dive with a company......
