cannot recomend enough!

I have just completed my advanced open water course with Divenutz having previously completed a drysuit specialty with them and I cannot recommend them enough, the instruction is always first class and unlike some other clubs you are made to feel welcome from the first moment. The advice given by John on kit is always impartial and in my experience correct. He really does make sure you get the right equipment and not just the most expensive. If you are thinking of getting into diving or continuing your diving training get in touch with John or Tracy you really won't regret it.

I have just completed my Divemaster with this school, and i have to say what a professional school this is, the standard of teaching was and still is very high. I was nervous to have my training done by another school than my previous center but this was not in the U.K. and i felt that to be a good DM, time needed to be taken over the learning. John and Tracy didn't disappoint in the way they delivered the theory and practical teaching. Overall i would highly recommend this center, they care about every student and have a good attention to detail. Before i embarked on the course all the costs were explained to me, so i knew where i stood on the cost front.

I was looking for somewhere local to study Open Water after a try dive in Egypt and I found the details for Divenutz on the PADI website. From my initial telephone enquiry I felt incredibly welcomed and was asked to call in to the dive centre to discuss my requirements. When I did visit I was instantly impressed with the professional, friendly approach and the welcoming, relaxed atmosphere in dive centre. I was offered a space on the Open Water course starting a week later with study times that were adapted to accommodate my needs.
The classroom sessions were made fun and each module was delivered thoroughly. Asking for further explanation about anything that I didn’t understand was never a problem. The confined dives were carried out at a local swimming pool and the amount of people present each week made it evident at just how popular the dive school was. The total course fee of £325 was worth every penny, this included all learning materials, classroom lessons, pool sessions, open water sessions and kit hire. The only additional fee was for entry at the open water site which was only £23 in total and each location was only an hours drive away from the dive centre.
After receiving an excellent all round service I have booked 2 specialty courses and intend to do my Advanced Open Water. I have also booked the Bubblemaker for my 8 year old son and my partner has begun the Open Water course. I can confidently recommend Divenutz to anybody that wants to learn to scuba dive or further any skills they already have.
A massive thank you to John Land and Tracey Land, who are both excellent scuba diving instructors. Also thank you to Joel Warburton, Dene Tyzack and Chris Loughton who all helped me along the way.

My wife paid for an open water course in full (over £300) following an experience on holiday and was told that was the total amount required to complete the course. The company emailed my wife twice and confirmed no other costs involved.
On my first day, lesson one we were told there were extra costs involved! Too late though!!
After the first pool dive I realised this really wasn't for me and asked the owner if he could recompense us as I had only done 1 day. He refused, I even asked for a token gesture, goodwill, which was also refused.
We have limited income, this course from my wife was a real treat which she saved up for, to be honest we feel very aggrieved about it and only recently decided not to bother with the small claims court.
I think this company have been selective and dishonest with the full course costs, which include fees to the open water site and possible hotel costs.
Either be 100% sure you'll complete the course, or look elsewhere.
Poor experience, avoid.
