The center is located on the spectacular Makady-Bay with a rich coral reef. The strengths of the center are: a beautiful diving on his house reef from the beach and private jetty used for the departure of their boats just 20 meters from the center. Customers can choose between the traditional and tested formula of full-day and half-day excursion that allows you to lunch at the hotel with his family. The Fort Arabesque is an elegant complex that overlooks the beautiful Makady-Bay, Stone construction integrates seamlessly with the landscape, making it ideal for divers and families.

idive makadi bay

Just came home from Fort Arabesque in Makadi Bay and by far the jewel in the crown is the idive dive centre. Did my nitrox speciality and an online booked dive package, can't praise Carlo, Erika and all their staff. Special thanks go to Hakan, Christina and Hassan and for just a few days before his holiday Marco. without doubt a great group who are a massive credit to the hotel complex and themselves. Great choice of diving, very safe, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I have been lucky enough to visit Egypt's Red Sea on three occasions and this is by far the best experience by far. Can't wait to go back for more diving and hopefully yet another speciality, many thanks guys.

Great for newcomers to diving

I arranged to do my open water before I arrived at the centre, when I got there everything was organised and planned for the week so I could get on and plan the rest of my holiday. The staff were amazingly patient and helped me through every obstacle. They made sure that all the dives I had to do to fulfil my open water were exciting. I completed my open course and the whole experience has given me the bug.
In general the diving from Makadi Bay is outstanding, the water is warm, sea life is vibrant and diverse and if you are looking at starting your diving experience, this has it all.
I am due back early 2012 and can't wait.
My overall experience was exceptional.
