The guys are great....Sydney needs to work on her people skills.
Visit Date: January 2006
For all the $$ that I dropped in this place ($1000 between equipment and the class and the certification day)... Sydney should not have treated me with the nasty attitude that she can't help but have. There are 3 or 4 instances of her having a nasty attitude with me and others. In addition, she made snide comments about the wetsuit I was borrowing from a friend-- since I did not purchase one from HER (at a premium price). Again, for all the $$ I spent in that store, I expect not to be treated that way. I run a business too, and that's not how I treat people. George and the sons are great, but Sydney needs to work on her social skills. I will never spend another $$ in their store, on principle.
