Best Diving Shop Ever

All the staffs were excellent to deal with. Julie and Sara went above and beyond to make our diving experiences unforgettable. Anya was very professional and friendly. The dive equipments were top notch. This is definitely a 5 star dive shop.

I Love Mayan Divers!!

I have been to Roatan several times over the past 2 years and my family and I have used Mayan Divers everytime. We started out with Discover Scuba and last year became PADI certified. Anya is wonderful! She has been so friendly and helpful! The staff, Rick, and Julie, are the most professional and fun people on the island!
Their committment to the safety and enjoyment of their clients is phenomenal!
We will never dive with anyone else in Roatan!

Mayan Princess Dive Shop Tops

My family and I had never been diving before last summer. We made several discover scuba dives and fell in love with diving. This year we went back and got our PADI certs. Mayan Divers is always well run, everyone is on time, but laid back and fun to spend time with. Anya, Vera, Adrianne, and Julie are attentive and I always felt safe under their supervision. The diiving in Roatan is amazing. Fantastic reefs, abundant sea life, and crystal clear water. We can't wait to go back.

My husband and I are both avid scuba divers and just spent a week at the Mayan Princess hotel in Roatan where Mayan Divers is based. We really think it was one of the best, if not the best dive opeator we have ever used. There are so many reasons, first, the quality of the dives was great, amazing multiple canyon formations underwater with tight squeezes and great views and tons of sea life. They never put more than 10 people on a boat and when they do that they divide it into 2 different groups so you're never crowded in a big group; its small so they get to know you, Anja and Vera are amazing spotters of fish, octopus, etc., the dives are all close, 5 to 25 minutes, so no long boat rides; the prices are very good (though I think this applies to Roatan in general), they actually will take not just your fins from you in the water but your BCD w/ tank to to make it easier to climb out of the water. They change out your tanks for you in between your dives if you want them to. They were very professional friendly, funny and genuinely fun to be with and the diving was great. Can't recommend enough!
