Seasports’ customers can range from diving novice to expert and still take part in the same dive. How? Our experienced dive guides know the area and by knowing your dive abilities and preferences, we are able to present the dive tailored for you. With only 2 to 8 customers per dive outing, we can guide you to safe, superb diving and make your Grand Cayman diving experience outstanding.
Safety is our primary concern. We go down with our customers on every dive. Some of our more experienced clients will buddy up and go on their own but we are always down on the bottom to show you the beauty of Caribbean aquatic life and to guide you back to the boat safely and on time for no decompression diving.

Terrific Dive Company
Visit Date: December 2009
Jim and his crew were terrific in re-acclimating me and my 2 sons to diving and in my daughter's open water dives to complete her PADI Open Water Diver Certificate. Jim, Kevin and Mary are extremely knowledgeable about the numerous dive sites as well as wrecks, fish, flora and other items (such as a still usable 10 speed bike) at each site. Safety for the divers is the number one concern - all while providing very pleasureable and interesting dives. If you are looking for a dive operatior who really does provide the personal touch Seasports is the one to go with!!

Great Service, Nice People
Visit Date: December 2009
We recently visited the Cayman Islands and spent 4 days diving with Kevin and Jim, who as DMs are very knowledgeable and good fun to be around. The service offered is excellent. We were picked up each day on the the beach outside our hotel and on the dives, during surface intervals, they provided complimentary snacks and drinks. They provided a valet service with the equipment and we did not have to clean or prepare our own tanks. The selection of kit to rent was rather limited (I wanted a full wetsuit but they only had a shorty, the fins my husband rented were broken), which for $30 per day was dissappointing, as we felt they should have had available the kit we required, otherwise we would have brought our own. They are super nice guys though, arrived on time, and we felt safe with them. Diving in Cayman is wonderful, the reefs are easily accessible, the water is warm and clear, the fish are plentiful, you'll love it.

Been here since the beginning
Visit Date: August 2009
My father and I have been diving with Seasports exclusively for the past 9 years. I have been coming to the island annually for the past 22 years, and have never found a better dive operator. I have seen Seasports change ownership from Butch to Jim, and know what a friendly and professional diver Jim is. Everywhere I dive outside of Cayman, I find myself comparing dive operator experiences with Seasports and Jim. Nothing comes close.

Friendly, fun, informative, and safe describe my dive with SeaSports Diving
Visit Date: July 2009
My first trip to Cayman Island was astounding, remarkable, and mind blowing. I loved the “vibe” and the “feel” of the island. But the highlight of my trip was diving with Jim at Sea Sports Dive. He was great, I have not been diving very long but Jim was very informative with his brief making safety a top priority. He was patient with all of my questions about sea life and made sure to point out everything he located during our dive.
On the way out to our dive site we spoke about what I was interested in seeing so he knew which site we should dive. During this time I realized I was with a dive guide that just wanted me to have a good time, rather than collecting his fee. On the way back from the dive he gave me great advise on places to visit and where to eat on the island.
The first day I went diving, I was lucky enough to be on a one person dive with Jim where he enhancement my scuba techniques and skills. He made sure I enjoyed my dive, while increasing my skills, and saw striking sea life. My second day of diving I went with locals and they were a joy. I love that his operation is not an assembly line, that it is personable and friendly.
As for the dive sites, the walls are stunning and full of sea life. The water was so clear you couldn’t tell if you were 20 feet down or 100 feet down. I enjoyed leaving my gear on the boat after the dives and having it ready for the next dive. I have never had such great service both on the boat and under the water.
After getting back and telling fellow divers of my experience they will be using Jim for future dives in the Caymans. I am EXTREMELY impressed with SeaSports Diving!
PS: I love that he posts photos of every dive.

Seasports Diving is the best!
Visit Date: June 2009
My husband and 2 children (ages 12 and 16) dove with Seasports for our second consecutive year in June and HIGHLY recommend it. Jim Soda, the owner and dive-master is very personable, knowledgeable and accommodating to his guests. We had a terrific time and always felt not only at ease, but very safe diving with Jim. He took extra care with the kids to ensure their safety with regards to bottom times, safety stops, etc. He also took time to point out interesting sea life that you wouldn't normally notice. He also takes amazing underwater pictures and posts them on his site so you can show friends and family, and download for your personal album.
We recommended Seasports to some of our closest friends that were also diving this summer in Grand Cayman and they came back thrilled with Seasports and very appreciative for the recommendation. Next year, we plan to go to Grand Cayman for two weeks (one week is just not enough) and will make sure to reserve well in advance to ensure we dive with Seasports the entire time. Thank you Jim for a second year of exceptional service and of course, incredible diving!
