Consistently good

I've dove with Divers Down about 5 or 6 times over a 3 year period and have consistenly received good service. The boats are rarely crowded, averaging 3 -5 divers when I've gone. The sites have been spectacular and they give you a lot of freedom . The only negative feedback I have is that sometimes they cancel dive trips at the last moment if they don't have a lot of divers. Typical for most dive ops, but aggravating never-the- less.
I always bring my own equipment, so I didn't rate their rental equipment.
Their prices have always been fair (especially considering the poor Cayman Islands - USA exchange rates) and their store staff personable. Over the years, some boat captains have been great, others only fair, but the dives have always been fun.

never again

I watched the DM 'loose' two first time divers while going through a cave, that's why I am last in line with a new dive group. I watched the DM's fins catch coral without notice. When they didn't check my C card and told me to just write the number down, I entered my drivers licence just to see if they'd catch it, they didn't. REALLY nice guys, friendly an all, but it's a hassle, look for the East Side dive groups, more into the enviroment and not the cattle boats.
