Hi all,

Just to let you know that I had a fantastic scuba diving experience by doing my PADI Open Water Course recently with an Diving Instructor called Steve from The Phuket Diveshop while on holiday in Phuket.

I highly recommend doing the Open water course or any diving for that matter with him because he offers a special rate for customers from the internet and he is an excellent instructor, I did my Open Water Course with him for 10,000 baht only! That's very cheap for Phuket's pricing and what's more I had the same treatment as all the other customers who actually payed a lot more than I did.

The dive company also has their own proper diving speed boat and they leave from the boat lagoon which is much better than travelling all the way to the Chalong Pier and travelling again on a big old fishing boat that's been made into a diving boat with loads of other people on it.

To top it all off - he is also cheaper than all the other dive shops that I have tried in Phuket. If you just want to learn the basic one day course, which is for beginners , he does that for a good price too. (PS-My wife and daughter did it.)

He even organised a daytrip for me and the family to Koh-Phi Phi for much cheaper than anywhere else on the island and we had a great time.

Do yourself a favour a contact him for any scuba diving, snorkeling or any other sort of day trip if you are ever in Phuket. You will be happy you did as I was.
