The Bora Diving Center is open every day from 8AM through 5:30PM. Your arrival will be expected at Matira Beach. All of our diving instructors are BEES1, BEES2 and OWSI certified. In the morning session, for certified divers, we offer two options in accordance with your preference: You can choose either an exploration, or a “Two Tank dives”. Each dive lasts approximately 45 Minutes, with an interval surfacing of 30 minutes between the two. For the afternoon session, we offer the option of discovering the vastness of the South Pacific for either an exploratory, lesson or introductory dive. We have instructors who speak English, German, Japanese and Spanish.

Rocked by her turquoise waters, you will be charmed by the abundance and beauty of her underwater world. All year round you will find a huge variety of species, from the very tiny ones to the biggest inhabitants of the lagoon. Amazing rays and sharks can be observed as well as humpback whales in season from August to November. Located by the village of Vaitape, the island’s only pass called Te Ava Nui, takes you deep into the ocean for an underwater encounter with wrasses, moray eels, sharks and barracudas.

Only 7 minutes with the plane from Tahiti lays Moorea the pearl of Polynesia. Surrounded by the turquoise and transparent colours of the lagoon, it’s beautiful mountain scenery with heights that reach up to 1200 meters into the clear blue sky. Bora Bora Blue Nui was constructed within the Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort in 2000. It is located on the beach of the hotel about 20 yards from the arrival and departure dock. The dive center offers all the amenities. Diving equipment, tank fills, video... all is within easy reach. Laborious lifting and carrying is limited.
