How to submit a management response to a review

Responses, meeting our posting criteria, will be displayed on the Scubadviser site directly below the relevant review. We will not post responses directed solely at the author of the review. We will not post responses directed Scubadviser or comments about our policies.

Please note that Scubadviser may contact the dive centre or liveaboard to verify that you have authority to respond.
The same editorial guidelines apply to owner responses as to user reviews, and responses containing any of the following will not be posted:
- Profanity or threats
- Personal insults
- Reports of violent criminal activity
- Commercial web addresses, email addresses or phone numbers
- Text entirely IN CAPS
- Hearsay
- Content not relevant to divers
- HTML
Instructions for writing your response:
- Go to the dive centre or liveaboard review.
- Click on View full details. Full details of your dive centre or liveaboard will be displayed together with all reviews.
- Select the review you want to respond to.
- Click on the Management Response button found underneath the review.
- Fill in the form and submit it.
